Excellent and quick service.  Ordered Hong Kong style won ton soup,  beef udon, spicy won ton, and Taiwanese rice dish.  Everything was so good:

Honestly for a mall food court asian food stand, it's great! It's a FANTASTIC change of pace from the usual and they actually offer a Taiwanese favorite! BEEF NOODLE SOUP! Was so excited to see this. Although it wasn't the BEST I've had it's great for something to find in a mall with nothing else similar or close to the cuisine.

I went here today for lunch the food was cooked to order and the nicest staff ever! The area was super clean and the staff kept it clean between each order.

I had the dumplings and they were very good I might even say made in house? They tasted very fresh and probably the best over ever had! The order included 8 dumplings.

I deff would go here again

They also offered a variety of soups I'd love to try plus the ideal noodles and chicken you'd expect but also looked amazing

Acceptable asian (taiwanese) food. For Florida mall food standard. Ordered the wonton noodle soup and also tried the beef noodle soup, which is one of many popular dishes in Taiwan.

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the noodle they used for the wonton soup. The beef was also very tender. They give you a decent amount of beef and wonton. The broth was delicious, wasn't overpowered with msg. Love the texture of the wonton as they used the thinner wrap. Also ordered a side egg which was $1.60., a bit pricey if you ask me. Might try their fried pork chop over rice next time.

Eating here had me reminiscence the good old days up north in one of the food courts in Flushing Qns NY.

After several days of having bourbon chicken samples shove in front of me as I pass by mall/outlet food court, Dumplings & Noodles is a welcoming sight. It's surprisingly good for a mall Asian food. It's not your typical Americanized Chinese food. Thier Beef Noodles is pretty good! Soup is flavorful with hint of spices, and enough big chunks of soft stewed beef.
Wonton Noodles is not bad too, considering it's in the mall. Soup is flavorful, has the shrimp taste, and wonton is meaty, although missing shrimp in it.
Thier Taiwanese Mince Meat is good too. Fragrant and flavorful with hint of 5 spice it in.
I would avoid the Roast Pork rice as the pork is really dry and hard!
Also avoid thier scallion pancake. It's very oily, limp, not pan fried enough, and has no flaky layers.
If I'm visiting this mall again, I don't mind having thier Beef Noodle Soup again.
